We’re proud to be an independently owned holiday park, run by a local Yorkshire family who are passionate about creating exceptional places to relax. Alongside our sister park, Akebar Country Park, we’ve spent years welcoming guests and holiday homeowners who are looking for something a little different – somewhere peaceful, personal and surrounded by beautiful countryside.
For us, it’s never just about holiday homes. It’s about creating a place where people can truly switch off.
Our Vision
Kiplin Country Park has been carefully developed with one simple idea in mind: wellness through nature.
From peaceful woodland walks and abundant wildlife to private hot tubs and wide open green spaces, every part of the park is designed to help you unwind from the pace of everyday life.
As we continue to develop the park, we’re excited to introduce even more wellness-focused experiences, including our new sauna, cold plunge and rainforest shower, creating a dedicated space where guests and owners can relax, recharge and enjoy the benefits of contrast therapy in a beautiful natural setting.
Whether you’re visiting for a weekend escape or enjoying life as a holiday homeowner, Kiplin is somewhere you can breathe deeply, slow down and simply enjoy being outdoors.
